- Fresh Sweet basil -- 40g
- Fresh Mint leaves, need to remove the stalks -- 30g
- Fresh Parsley -- 12g
- Garlic -- 5g
- Onion -- 27g
- Pine nuts -- 80g
- Sun dried tomatoes -- 2 pieces (put in warm water 5 mins)
- Tomatoes -- 1/2 piece or 50g
- Tomato paste / red sauce -- 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese -- 45g
- Sea salt -- 3.5g
- (Optional) Balsamic vinegar -- 1/4 cup (If you like a little sour tinge)
- (Optional) Red wine -- 1/4 cup
