Ever wondered what to do with the old Kimchi?

  1. Combine everything except the oil.
  2. Heat up a large pan with the 1/2 the oil on medium heat.
  3. When oil is hot, spread the mix with a spoon to make it large.
  4. Cook until bottom is golden in 3-5 mins.
  5. Carefully turn the pancake over and put the rest of the oil on it. Then cook for another 3-5 mins.
  6. Flip one more time and cook for a minute.
  7. Put on a giant platter and serve immediately.
