Ever wondered what to do with the old Kimchi?
- Combine everything except the oil.
- Heat up a large pan with the 1/2 the oil on medium heat.
- When oil is hot, spread the mix with a spoon to make it large.
- Cook until bottom is golden in 3-5 mins.
- Carefully turn the pancake over and put the rest of the oil on it. Then cook for another 3-5 mins.
- Flip one more time and cook for a minute.
- Put on a giant platter and serve immediately.
