Nice tasty ban mee dry.
- Marinate the pork with the ingredients.
- Make the noodles (opens new window) or buy them.
- Use this great chili (opens new window) or blend together all the ingredients for this chili above. Fry this chili for 30mins at least.
- Fry or bake the crispy anchovies (ikan bilis).
- Put oil in a pan with medium fire, put in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Put in the mushrooms. Cook until soft.
- Put in the meat and smash the meat into smaller pieces.
- Add in the seasoning Oyster sauce -- 1 1/2 tsp and Premium dark soy sauce -- 2 tsp
- Add 1 cup of water when cooked.
- Simmer for 5 minutes covered. Then add in a little white pepper. And some corn starch solution, then 1 tsp of sesame oil.
- Make the base for the sauce by combining Oyster sauce -- 1 1/2 tsp, Premium dark soy sauce -- 2 tsp, Lard oil -- 1 1/2 tsp
- Boil the noodles for 2 mins to 8 mins.
- Put all the ingredients on top.
