Nice tasty ban mee dry.

  1. Marinate the pork with the ingredients.
  2. Make the noodles (opens new window) or buy them.
  3. Use this great chili (opens new window) or blend together all the ingredients for this chili above. Fry this chili for 30mins at least.
  4. Fry or bake the crispy anchovies (ikan bilis).
  5. Put oil in a pan with medium fire, put in the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Put in the mushrooms. Cook until soft.
  7. Put in the meat and smash the meat into smaller pieces.
  8. Add in the seasoning Oyster sauce -- 1 1/2 tsp and Premium dark soy sauce -- 2 tsp
  9. Add 1 cup of water when cooked.
  10. Simmer for 5 minutes covered. Then add in a little white pepper. And some corn starch solution, then 1 tsp of sesame oil.
  11. Make the base for the sauce by combining Oyster sauce -- 1 1/2 tsp, Premium dark soy sauce -- 2 tsp, Lard oil -- 1 1/2 tsp
  12. Boil the noodles for 2 mins to 8 mins.
  13. Put all the ingredients on top.
