White pizza base for classic.
- Melt butter. Add flour and whisk for 1-2 mins.
- Slowly add milk while whisking and stir till smooth, thick and bubbly.
- Whisk salt, pepper and garlic.
- Add parmesan and whisk for 30s. Remove from heat and stir till cheese melts.
- Put in fridge to keep for up to 5 days or use immediately. (Do not freeze)
