  1. Melt butter. Add flour and whisk for 1-2 mins.
  2. Slowly add milk while whisking and stir till smooth, thick and bubbly.
  3. Whisk salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Add parmesan and whisk for 30s. Remove from heat and stir till cheese melts.
  5. Put in fridge to keep for up to 5 days or use immediately. (Do not freeze)
